A workshop and co-creative path proposed by ANCI Lazio and AISFOR will be conducted in Ventotene as part of the COMANAGE project to define the Energy Communities Governance toolkit.
Renewable energy communities require ongoing support and a multidisciplinary approach in order to ensure their long-term success. ANCI Lazio, together with AISFOR and in collaboration with the project’s partners, offers a co-creation path for the definition of a toolkit for the governance of energy communities, counting on the contribution of public authorities and communities themselves.
The workshop will be carried out in hybrid mode, both online and in person at the Umberto Elia Terracini Multipurpose Centre in Ventotene.
The ultimate goal is to provide support to energy community projects and local authorities to:
– Ensure that projects in established energy communities can grow in the medium and long term.
– Encourage and stimulate the adoption of new projects for renewable energy plants owned by the energy community.
By providing local, metropolitan and regional governments with a methodological framework and a practical toolkit – the ECGT – the project will facilitate collaboration between administrations and citizens in energy projects.
